The Welcome Award - This award will be given to a WIN member who demonstrates a warm, inviting spirit and who embraces new members and makes them feel welcome in the group. This person should be someone who makes a point of networking at our luncheons and events to learn more about others, especially new members or guests, and helps WIN grow as an organization. The Marketeer Award - This award is given to a WIN member who is a role model for marketing her products or services.  She is someone who takes full advantage of the WIN events to promote her business and who uses a variety of techniques or approaches to marketing.  This award is given at the annual Winter retreat.

The Adventurer Award - This award is given to a WIN member who has demonstrated innovation in her products or services within the last year.  She is someone who has responded to market changes with product or service changes, attempted to grow or expand her business, has developed a new product or service, or has taken a bold new step in her business.  This award is given at the annual spring outdoor event.

The Wisdom Award - This award is given to a WIN member who has helped other WIN members learn more about business, themselves, or the world around them.  She is someone who shares resources with others, who engages members in stimulating and thoughtful conversation, and helps WIN grow as an organization.  This award is given at the annual Professional Development event held in the summer.

The WIN Award - This award will be given to a woman in our community, who is not currently a WIN member, that exemplifies any, or all, of the components of our mission in her work. We recognize this woman because she contributes to the growth and success of women in our area or is a role model for women in business. Our intention is to recruit this person for WIN membership and we will provide one year’s membership as part of the award. WIN Award Nomination Form
